Liquidation of the company in Dubai

Liquidation is the official death of a part or whole of the company. It occurs when a company becomes insolvent, and it does not see any chances of recovering in the near future. Liquidation is compulsory, if ordered by court, upon the request of the creditors or voluntary, when the director and the share holders declare bankruptcy.
